For Parents

Parents and schools need to work together for the betterment of the students. Parents play an important role in providing support and building the confidence of their children. Parents should check some of the tips or activties they can use to develop their children’s confidence and improve their school experience.

Cyber Bully Night to be held 6:00 pm at Jefferson/Silva on 02/27/17.
Parental Engagement is offering a Free Dress Pass for students whose parents attend this meeting.


Update Information

During our 
after school Food Pantry for families program held on January 26th 2017 in the cafeteria about 214 families were served. A number of 821 individuals attended and 8,085 total pounds were distributed at a 38.3% poverty population.
We also 
had over 30 parents at our Title I Parent Meeting which was held at 2 p.m. Parents received information regarding teacher communication, benchmarks, new construction, and future events.
